Pushing the Edge

These artworks explore the outer limits of the human form — where the face and body stop behaving as representation and begin acting as raw material. Identity becomes unstable, stretched, fractured, and reassembled into new architectures that challenge what a figure can be. Distortion isn’t an effect here; it’s a language. Color, pattern, and structural anomalies operate as emotional forces, revealing the volatility beneath the surface of selfhood. These images resist coherence and refuse the comfort of realism. They exist in the charged space where the human form breaks open, mutates, and becomes something unfamiliar yet unmistakably alive. Each piece is a confrontation — a push against the boundaries of portraiture, a test of how far the figure can be bent before it becomes something entirely new.
