Report Damage, Returns, Refunds

Please open your art as soon as possible after delivery. Report any damage to me as soon as possible so that I can contact my printing studio for instructions as to how to handle the damaged art.


Once we have information from the printing studio, we will arrange to have the artwork returned and a new artwork will be printed to replace the damaged artwork.


If for some reason you do not like the artwork, it can be returned to me within two weeks of delivery to you. The following fees will be charged: return processing fee - $250, cost of printing – To Be Determined. I will then refund the balance to your credit card. After two weeks no refunds or returns will be honored. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
